Website is confusing to navigate especially when trying to renew a subscription because payment has lapsed. Also, Help chats are often challenging due to reps not being native English speakers.
Response from UNREAL MobileFeb 25, 2025
We appreciate you keepin’ it real, David. We’re always looking to level up, and feedback like this helps us do better. Gonna look into that renewal process and keep workin’ on top-tier chats to continue earning your support—stay tuned!

Why is He the Way, why is He The Truth, why is He now my Life? Why is He the Lamb? Why is He the King? Why does He love me? When does He NOT forgive, when does NOT redeem, when does He NOT know YOU? When is He YOUR Worm? When is He YOUR King, but YOU are NOT in heaven? Why do YOU accept the message, BUT DO NOT receive Him in your heart? Why do YOU not know that every Knee will BOW? The LORD gives, the LORD takes, Blessed be His Name in Christ the King‼ The LORD wounds, the LORD heals, Blessed be those that SING inside His GRACE‼ The LORD makes alive, and the LORD kills, Which will YOU be? Today is the day that the LORD has made, Let us REJOICE and be GLAD for those that BELIEVE, Tomorrow will be to late, if you have been lead astray, Why do you put off what you can freely receive today? Is it because of your sin that brings YOU False Joys & GREAT Dismay? Our Rock, our Shield, our Redeemer says, "Is this NOT a brand plucked from the Lake of Fire?" O Lord God...Psalm 18:1-3 For TODAY is the Day to Repent & Believe in the Gospel, That saves ALL that are written in the Lamb's Book of Life‼ God's Graced is in The Lamb's Book of Life, Amen‼☺👍
