UNREAL MobileReviews of unrealmobile.com

I've been trying to get service through unreal mobile for two years. Tried becoming an affiliate, filled out forms . They got lost. Every attempt I've made trying to get service has had its set if problems, issues. Just like every other project Iggy is involved with. Is it me, is it her❓Of course Cash app would not function so no payments or deposits could be verified. Still to this day I have no idea if unreal mobile is an actual provider of cellular service ❓And as far as being crypto friendly, being able to cover payments utilizing the $Mother coin ❓... I am still unsure if that is even a real thing, and still unable to get an honest straight answer,.. I can't even get a reply. Sorry if you wanted answers as far as reviewing service or coverage or public relations ratings. I have not Gotten anywhere.

Had a hard time getting my service reactivated after they updated there site. It removed my auto pay then when I fixed that and set it back up they had a hard time activating the phone again took like 12 hours to get it resolved

the actual phone service is good but it's very frustrating how limited options are. there is no monthly plan if that happens to be better for you. you get even a 1 week extension if the renewal date happens to line up with a rough time or between paychecks. for a service marketed toward lower income/less financially stable consumers, you'd think they'd have more options for those folks

I simply wanted to renew my annual subscription and did not find directions to do that. the assistance of the talk aide was a great help and she corrected my failures. it took 2 days to rectify my errors and restore my subscription.Clear instructions are needed. Carol

The website is really bad as far as displaying accurate account information and reaching customer service is often difficult or they are not helpful. We just ported out my husbands number to another plan today and had no issues though. We are changing plans because calls are frequently dropped or just don't go through and my texts often come back as blocked when the receiver has not blocked any of my texts. It is a cheap plan, but with the overall frustrations we have had, I would not recommend this company.

I actually had no issues with the phone service itself and was very impressed with the signal I was getting. I left because communication from the company wasn't good. I couldn't make it to their working hours since they have the same hours as an average day job. Whenever I did try during a lunch break, I would be on hold for a while for both chat and phone. I tried emailing them and I didn't get a response back until about 3 weeks later. I can tell that the company is making improvements which actually makes me want to come back. If responses from emails become faster and working hours can be extended for both chat and phone, I would definitely go back to their prepaid plans

Update: Thank God for Mint Mobile. They didn’t give up on me. They tracked down someone at Unreal Mobile (no idea how) and my port out from Unreal is in progress! Service worked great UNTIL I tried to port my number out to another carrier. New carrier says information from Unreal doesn’t match. How can that be? No telephone number for help, only able to open tickets on help page and keep getting scripted answers that are no help. Been going on two weeks now. Just want my phone number! Unreal Mobile please reply so I can get some real help!

I was on the $10 basic plan, and now I see they increased my bill to $12.99 without any notification or changes to the plan on my part. And they charge my credit card 9 days before the billing due date. Caveat emptor.
