Exploitive website
Exploitive website! Ripped me off a couple hundred of dollars when I could of visited my local court house, and filed the exact same papers for free! Made me so mad! So you pay them to type up papers that you could do for free yourself. And then you have to spend more money.

Scam
Scam. Duped the official US passport office site and took $160 to mail me a copy of my application as well as hand over sensitive personal information (SSN). Avoid at all costs.

Managed to get a refund!
Like others, I only detected that this wasn’t an official government site moments after payment (tipped off by the email address of the order confirmation). I did however manage to receive a refund. After placing my order on hold via the chatbot and exchanging multiple emails with their support team (who offered progressively steep discount offers), they finally shared the URL for their hidden request portal allowing the cancellation to be submitted. Trustpilot doesn’t allow me to include the exact URL but it is essentially: Https ::/ www unitedpassport com /request/ Good luck to anyone reading this in search of a solution, I hope it helps!

If I could give it zero stars I would. This company is a complete scam. They take your money for a service that is free. On their website they say they have a 30 day cancellation window, but then if you try to cancel even if immediately, they say your order has been processed. Beware and stay away.

To clarify, United Passport assists customers with the passport application process, including preparation of the required government forms, but only the U.S. Department of State can issue a passport. Customers who prefer to complete the process directly through official government channels are always free to do so. Regarding cancellations, orders that have not yet been processed and mailed may be eligible for cancellation in accordance with our policy. Once services have been completed and the order has been processed and mailed, the order is no longer eligible for a full refund. It's a scam!!!!
Friends, please be careful — in my experience, this service was very misleading. The website made it seem like I was applying for a new passport and paying the official passport fees. However, after paying nearly $200, I later discovered that all they provided was a printed application form, while the actual passport fee still had to be paid separately at the post office. This was never clearly explained during the application process. I feel very disappointed and misled by the way the service was presented. Please read everything carefully before using this service. Just NEVER use it!

Please pay attention to the website you click on! This business is a complete scam. They charge you nearly $200 for FREE forms on the travel.gov website. Please make sure you're on the correct site for passports!
