Quick and easy!

The person I talked to was super nice and helpful. He walked me through the process of applying for the lost passport. Their customer service is excellent and very helpful in figuring out solutions to the problems presented. He was patient and walked me through everything. While their services are a little pricey, I am grateful for the customer services reps that walk you through a process that can be very confusing.

Good customer service

My chat consultant Abby helped me with taking a passport photo at home (how to) and waited patiently while I figured out how to transfer the photo from my phone to my application. Then, when my stepmother called and I realized I had made a mistake on my dad's birth year and home town, she sent me a link to edit the application right away so it could possibly still be processed that same day. Rock and Roll, Abby! I told her she gets an A+++ in my book!!

🚨SCAM ALERT 🚨 I had a horrible experience with this company and DO NOT recommend. I was ignorant and did not do my research prior to using their services and the website is very misleading! Unfortunately I got scammed. They charge you about $180 which is not justified because all they do is print and mail you the application and you still have to pay the separate government fee. I ended up demanding a refund and instead printed my own application using the official travel.state.gov website and mailed it on my own. Not only was this option cheaper and legitimate, I also received my passport renewal in 2 weeks. It was a hassle to get a refund so please do not make the same mistake I made. If you do happen to get scammed, I would suggest trying to dispute with your bank and show them all of these negative reviews as the merchant will refuse a refund unless you put up a fight like I did.

Scam. They come up as number 1 google search and appear to be the passport government site. I thought I was receiving my passport in the mail. All I needed was renewal. Super easy. Instead I got scammed into paying for a un-needed service. They refuse to refund. They did try to offer me a discount. I reported to the Federal trade commission and my bank. A legitimate company would want to make this right. They did not. Also says they accept credit cards but wouldn't go through. Shame on me for using a debit card. I never do that but needed this renewal done. My advise. Slow down and make sure you are on an official site. Hoping my bank will help me out. DO NOT USE THIS SERIVE
