Do not fall for the practice of this unethical company. They even post their own reviews below and it's easy to see they do that bc someone mentioned calling in and we all know there is no way to contact them by phone. They use deceitful practices to strong arm people that have been misled by their deceitful business practices and then make themselves unavailable so they can rush to print the free paperwork and then mail it to strong arm the transaction. I refuse to do business with such an unethical company and am glad my credit card company backs me up. Refuse anything they mail to you by simply putting a sign out for the carrier. Do not open anything and refuse. Dispute them with your credit card company or bank. This company is scum and should not be in operation. I have also reported them to the federal trade commission and hope anyone else duped by them will do the same.

It is unfortunate that you have to select at least 1 star to enter a review. I would like to rate this 0 stars. I was led to believe I could obtain my daughter's passport through this website. $180 later, I find out that they are a scam. I requested a refund less than 24 hours after applying for this, but I am told it is too late because a shipping label for the documents has been created. I am trying to see if I cover the price of the shipping label at least get a refund for the outrageous service fee they are charging. Wish me luck.

After filling out my application online, I received the application in the mail very quickly. Sergio was very helpful in clarifying what I needed to do. It is quite expensive on top of the passport expenses. Thank you for your help.

DO NOT USE!!! I would give minus zero stars if that was an option. I canceled both of our passports the moment my sons paid for them. They are teenagers and filled out two identical forms. One at the post office and one online thinking they needed both. I canceled them immediately. I just got charged for both of them after being told by their chat bot that they would begin processing our return and get back to me. I could not get a response from customer service even after the multiple emails I have sent. I will now have to file a claim through my credit card and send reviews to every platform I can informing people that they have stolen nearly $400 from my account. What a scam and a rip off. Do not use. Besides the fact that their service does absolutely nothing.

I used United Passport Services for my 1-year-old’s first passport and paid nearly $200 for expedited processing. On May 19, I was told I still needed to pay additional government fees, which I was not expecting, and I canceled immediately after. At no point was any government filing or completed passport submission shown before cancellation. My refund was denied, even though their policy says charges are only non-refundable once services are initiated. I was first offered a 20% refund, then 35%, which I declined since no service had been completed. I work in marketing, so I understand how these funnels work, and I feel the pricing and structure were not clearly communicated upfront. I’m still seeking a full refund and would caution parents to fully understand the total cost before using this service.

It's been said, they use similar marketing to up charge 3X on something you can get thru our governments website and at the post office. They look official, I thought it was the governments passport website. It is not! They are not a scam per se but it's unethical to charge people this much for a "service fee". They are approved on our governments third party websites, so theres that.

I was led to believe that I was paying for assistance in obtaining a passport, when in reality I paid for paperwork and instructions that are available for free through the U.S. Department of State and many post offices. The website's presentation made it appear that I was purchasing a passport service rather than document preparation. After paying, I discovered that I still had to complete the application process myself and submit everything through the official channels. I feel the service was misleading and did not clearly explain what I was actually purchasing. I have requested a refund and hope the company will make this right. I encourage anyone considering this service to carefully read the fine print and understand exactly what they are paying for before providing payment.

The representatives who took my calls each time were so knowledgeable and friendly. My questions were always answered the first time. Excellent experience!
