Easy interface, simple and concise directions, everything went smoothly

The application was very easy to complete

I was in a pinch with my child's passport and needed help expediting the government services. United passport was a helpful and professional courier that ensured I knew the process, had the right documents and submitted everything in a timely matter. The government's processing is out of their control but all other steps were handled with professionalism and clarity. My only reason for 4 stars is that they can sometimes be hard to reach by phone and operate on standard west coast hours which isn't always easy for urgent matters. Sergio specifically was awesome.

After filling out my application online, I received the application in the mail very quickly. Sergio was very helpful in clarifying what I needed to do. It is quite expensive on top of the passport expenses. Thank you for your help.

The person I talked to was super nice and helpful. He walked me through the process of applying for the lost passport. Their customer service is excellent and very helpful in figuring out solutions to the problems presented. He was patient and walked me through everything. While their services are a little pricey, I am grateful for the customer services reps that walk you through a process that can be very confusing.
