Bought two Patek watches. The first one stopped working, its automatic winding capability was the culprit. Upon their request, I sent the watch to them over 4 months ago. They have stopped responding to emails and still have the watch. The second one failed in the same way. STAY AWAY, The company fails on quality and customer service

These people are not honest. They don't have the product that they show on the site, but don't tell you until you pay. And then when they can't provide you with the items you originally ordered, they say they can't refund your money because "Now the account does not have enough funds." Run, don't walk. Plenty of other dealers out there that won't give you a hard time. ** NEW UPDATE ** They didn't like me posting on Trustpilot, so they acted as if it was all a big mistake and they would be happy to refund my $100 ... so long as I took down my review. These people are the worst. Look at the other reviews and you will see I am not the only one they have done this to.

The watch I received bore no resemblance whatsoever to the pictures on the website. The quality is extremely poor – shoddy workmanship, inferior materials and, overall, unwearable. Even more disappointing is the way they handle complaints: Although I contacted the company several times, I was not offered a satisfactory solution and a refund was refused. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this supplier at all. There are also numerous similar reports online from customers who have either received substandard goods or have not received their delivery at all. My conclusion: Be careful – I strongly advise against ordering from here.

Received watch and it was not as pictured and poor quality and material. Company advised they would offer full refund upon return. I returned the watch and ensured delivery and company is not responsive to my emails and refusing to refund for over a month. It has been a nightmare in terms of communication and getting anyone to respond back to me. Do not purchase from this company, they are a scam!
