This is a positive follow-up to the unfavorable review I posted on 3/5/2026. The full details are in my earlier reviews, but overall, this has been an up-and-down experience since I first purchased a Patek Aquanaut with a Swiss movement. As a business owner, I understand that not every transaction goes perfectly. Throughout the process, United Luxury Shop stayed in communication, and the replacement arrived in early April 2026. The watch is beautiful and works flawlessly, and I truly appreciate their effort to make things right. I waited to post this review so I could confirm that everything was functioning properly. Thank you again to ULS for their diligence in bringing this situation to a positive resolution.
