never got the watch after 2 years! Been told i would be taken care of and everytime i reach out they say they will get my issue resolved asap but then they just stop communicating with me . I paid them 1500$ for a watch and basically got scammed

I’m on my third watch with this company and they are all fantastic. They are also helpful d easy to deal with. With three Rolex watches bought this last year my colleagues at work are wondering if I won the lottery or something! One of them has a real “Batgirl” and could not tell if my “Pepsi” was legit or not. I think I just might get a few more in 2026…..I highly recommend this company.

I had written a negative review last week because I didn’t receive my watch in over two months following my order. I had also not received answers to my inquiries. The original shipment was held by customs. The company said that it would ship a replacement watch. It was difficult to get updates. I did finally receive the replacement watch today. It looks great. The reason that my rating went from one to four stars and not five stars is because the customer service didn’t keep me updated after the original shipment was held up.

Delivery was very delayed and communication was very poor but did eventually receive the items.

2x horloge besteld en betaald via Paypal. Na 6 maanden nog niets ontvangen. Zeer slecht en weg geld.

United Luxury Shop did really looked after me with their service. First class 4 me. every detail of the deal, order was sent to me and discussed before the send the very nice watch to me...I do hope that all my wishes are coming true.. Thanks people of ULS for looking after me!!

I ordered and paid in full, Received email confirmation. Visited site and was able to sign in and see my order, a few days later my email would not work and email notice said email said not found, I used chat from website and they said could not find my order, or my email, plus they said did not have watch for the price I paid, Man on chat said that must have been fake site, On there site I was able to sign in and see order Few days later, my email did not work I have proof of order and paid rec, They removed my email and all records on there side, but on side. I have emails and text, plus my credit card charge proof of payment from them, Hopefully the owners of this site will responds correctly to this review and find my records and HONOR what they sold

The watch quality was fantastic! And, the customer service was quick and helpful.
