Hello and I would like to warn you all! Do not buy anything from this company; it is a total scam!! If you think that by spending $1,650 you’ll receive a Swiss movement, you can keep dreaming!! What you’ll actually get is an engraved Japanese Miyota 9015 (worth approx. $150). I sent the watch back to United Luxury and submitted my complaint. I finally received the watch back after five months and a grueling ordeal. I had the watch checked by a watchmaker once again!! The result? Guess what? A new movement—but still not Swiss. Forget about it—unless you want to pay an extra $800. The date window had been aligned, but in exchange, the 12 o'clock marker was set unevenly—something visible to the naked eye & scratch mark on the “gold” central rotor. I paid 1650$ I am warning everyone, and I am also opening a case with the Better Business Bureau.

Adam was very responsive at answering all my questions. And the watch showed sooner than expected! The Quality is amazing! Definitely will be a returning customer 😎

Today I received my first ever super clone Rolex purchase. First of all, I was truly satisfied with the level of service and communication from united luxury shop. I received my watch within eight days. It came very well packaged an entire watch was very well protected with wrapping. It is a panda and quite honestly you can’t tell the difference the weight is exactly the same. The look the feel even setting the time felt like the original. I owned several Rolex and I wanted to try a super clone and I went with the best choice and used united luxury shop. Highly recommended very happy my purchase and the experience.

I ordered a Swiss movement IWC Big PIlot 46 and everything went perfectly. The communication was excellent and the timepiece is of exceptional quality. I plan on picking up more watches from them. It took about 10 days to arrive and I was updated throughout that process via Whatsapp. Highly Recommend and excellent service!

I placed an order at the end of January 2026 for a Rose-Gold Sky-Dweller with a chocolate dial and paid extra for the authentic green watch box, manual, and certificate. Delivery was promised within two weeks. After more than two months and 14 WhatsApp follow-ups—many including promises of tracking details that never materialized—I finally received a package on April 9, 2026. Unfortunately, the item delivered did not match exactly what I had ordered. I received a Sky-Dweller with a slate dial instead of the rose-gold chocolate dial version. The paid watch box and accessories were also missing; the watch arrived in a simple plastic container with styrofoam. To be fair, the watch itself does not look bad, it is actually a very precise and high quality super clone, and they promised to send the missing watch box in a separate shipping. However, the delays, a 2.5 month delivery timeframe, lack of communication, repeated broken promises, and incorrect fulfillment made this a disappointing experience. It just goes to prove again that you can offer the most high quality product, but if fulfillment, customer service and communication breaks down, it ends up becoming an unnecessarily tainted experience. Based on my experience, mostly due to the 2.5 month delay, I would not order from this company again. At best, this appears to be a disorganized operation, where sales, fulfillment and product/manufacturing are not always in sync.
