United Luxury ShopReviews of unitedluxury.net

Hi, it’s that time again to tell you what a scam company this is. They have been nothing short of total scams. Please do not order anything from them. I ordered a watch back in February. I have not gotten my watch or my money back. Have tried to call Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General on them and they’re currently being investigated.

I ordered a watch from a picture on their website and received a watch that didn’t look anything like the picture. The second hand was supposed to be orange in color and it was not. There were supposed to have 2 straps and only one was sent. Customer service wanted me to make and pay for return. They tried up charge to a 900 dollars if I wanted a watch that looked better

Totally not worth looking into. They claimed that the payment did not go through and the watch was on its way. You can pay after received. Total lie, the payment did go through, the watch never mailed. The cute little photos of the Hong Kong girls look like 16 years old however they are sharks. Do not buy anything from United. Big waste of my time.

This company literally steals from its clients. I purchased a Rolex Day Date in December 2025. Within three months the crown fell off. My local watch store put a replica crown on but I wanted United to value some sort of obligation to their product. They asked for photos; sent. They then asked for a video; sent. They then asked me to send it back to China. FIVE MONTHS LATER THEY WONT EVEN RETURN THE WATCH I PAID FOR THAT I PAID SHIPPING TO CHINA THEY ASKED TO BE RETURNED TO REPAIR. They are literally thieves. The absolute worst, most disgusting company I have ever dealt with. UPDATE: July 21 I posted the above review. Within ten minutes I had this email (bear in mind I have already sent the watch which they have had for over ONE MONTH): Hello Mark , I'm Merry from the United Luxury support team. I am glad to assist you. I am reaching out to you based on your comment on trust, first of all, we apologize for this inconvenience you have experienced, we want to compensate for this situation. We are aware of the inconvenience and if you send us the watch, we would like to send you a new watch with a gift box. Your views and comments are very valuable to us and we look forward to reconcile with you Any other inquiries, feel free to contact us. Best Regards, Support Specialist Merry. I replied that I simply I want my watch back or a new one. They responded with: If you could remove your comment, I’ll get started right away. I said not until I have a tracking number. Never got a response. THEY LITERALLY STOLE MY WATCH BACK FROM ME THAT I PAID FOR AND PADO TO HAVE SENT BACK AT THEIR REQUEST. Disgusting company. UPDATING the theft: As of today August 8th I’ve heard twice a new piece was being sent but no tracking. This ordeal has gone on since MAY 5. It’s taken over four mothers and all I’ve gotten is them stealing the watch back from me after I’d had it repaired at my watch shop. Why ask for it back to not repair or replace?? Warranty?? Only guarantee with United is you will lose money. If you get a watch it will be lower grade than expected and will break and will neither be repaired or replaced. Stolen? YES!

I bought a big bang replica. In less than 20 times wearing it, the ceramic cracked on the part of the watch that rests on my wrist. Clearly defective. Merry sent 2 emails saying she is addressing it. Has ignored every other communication. Companies that promise elite products and service and ignore customer when the truth reveals itself are good at one thing only...fraud.

My first time with United Luxury Shop. The service was very helpful and kind. The piece that I received today had much better quality than my expectation. BUT, I found out the size was different (I ordered 37mm but 41 mm came). So, I asked to send the right size but no answer yet. If I solve this problem, I will update my review. Otherwise, this site is not recommendable to buy any.

I bought several watches from United one of the watches came defective and I had questions on the operation of others. Don't buy from them thank goodness I paid via credit card the rep asked me to take video of watch which I did and send it to them I did they kept on responding they would get back to me they never did. I bought a similar clone of same watch a patek cubitus from other site for 1/3 price which was much higher quality these guys use low quality manufacturers and charge much higher than comparable sites and have no customer support

I placed my original order in early November. I finally got my watch in May. This was after over 50 emails with Merry. Communication was horrific. I got the watch and while the overall quality is good the watch didn't work. 10+ attempts with Merry and lots of promises later... no replacement and ghosted on communication. So, now I am paying $395 to have the watch fixed after $1500 for the watch.
