I must say I am quite satisfied with both the service provided and the watch. Will definitely buy from them again and would recommend without hesitation. Five star service for sure.

The watch I ordered, Rolex Daytona Ghost, is absolutely incredible, but United Luxury sent me the largest bracelet possible without even asking my size. I’ve repeatedly tried to reach out to their customer service to get the correct bracelet size, but they’ve completely ignored me. I even offered to pay extra to get the right size so I can actually wear the watch, but they’ve relentlessly ignored my request. This is terrible customer service. I was planning to order a couple of other watches and have several friends who want to order as well, but I’ll actively discourage anyone from doing business here because of their lack of service in correcting their own mistake.

Ordered 2 watches over 4 months ago. To date I have received nothing when I contact customer service I get the standard answer we are looking into your order. Frustrated and they will not refund money paid.

Do not trust United Luxury. They use false inventory claims to secure upfront cryptocurrency payments, only to hit you with multiple bait-and-switch tactics once they have your money. I originally ordered a Rolex Yacht-Master 42 Titanium from VSF for $1,280. After requiring 100% upfront payment, they claimed VSF was unavailable and promised a Clean Factory (CF) version instead. Finally, they changed their story again, admitting they didn't have Clean Factory either, and pushed a lower-tier Clean Plus (C+) watch onto me. When I caught the deception and demanded a full refund before shipment, they completely ghosted me for days. Because they entirely ignored my refund requests, I was left with no choice but to settle for whatever they were willing to send. Avoid them at all costs. Accessories: To make matters worse, the high premium was supposed to include the full presentation package, but they omitted the box, papers, and the proper strap clasp. ​Crypto Payment Leverage: Payment was completed via cryptocurrency, and now that they have the funds, their willingness to resolve the issue has vanished. ​Verdict: ​They lie about movements on their website, ghost you on QC requests, charge double the market price, and swap premium stock for cheaper factories. Do not buy from United Luxury.

Ok fellow shoppers. This is the biggest scam company you’re going to deal with!,,, I ordered a watch on February 5 still haven’t gotten it. Bunch of lame excuses of course no refund which I’ve asked for this will be my seventh time.I REPEAT DON’T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY I WOULDN’T ORDER A WATCH BATTERY THAT COST A NICKEL FROM THIS SCAM BULL CRAP SUPPOSEDLY CALIFORNIA COMPANY!!, my next review I will leave you my phone number. Anyone can call me and I will tell you how bad this company is. I could just keep posting all the crap emails they sent me.

Super Great experience with my watch.. AWESOME and unlike others out there, they really send one (so many Face Book watch companies are SCAMS) and the watch you get actually looks like it should not cheap- and WORKS all FUNCTION!
