is a scam, stay away!!!! Ordered 2 watches for 3000$ and received only one. And is a very cheap 50$ looking watch that they sold for 1600$! and never shipped the second watch! Plus, the moment I paid, they stopped all communication.

I just want to give a shout out about this company. I purchased 2 watches from them and the first watch i received was the wrong watch and they graciously were willing to trade it for a different watch or refund my money. I chose a refund because the second watch i received was absolutely perfect quality. I will be ordering from them again

Not only did this company steal $250 from me for a box they never delivered, the Jubilee bracelet broke after less than a month.

Ordered a Japanese clone Rolex from United Luxury Shop, fist they should change the name to United Junk Shop, this is the same type of watches you see on New York street merchants negotiating $100 watches, this is not reputable company, there is no conformation on delivery, they offer a discount that you won't receive, but you'll be charged more than expected, and you'll have no receipt to look back on, but if you're lucky enough to receive your merchandise don't expected it to be what you selected or saw, the excuse is that the selections on the website are "Super Clones" so unless you selected that you're going to be told to upgraded so you're always sucked in for more, save your money $$$ after all where are you going to complaint too, it's a fake, you're going to be swindle out of your money, buy from a better merchant that wants to keep their reputation intact, don't buy from a street dealer even with a website!

I’ve had two watches. One worked for about 2 weeks. The other worked for 2 days. The “warranty” is not functional and communication is poor. A replacement watch has never been shipped and I am offered no response for a refund

On May 1st I ordered a Rolex datoyna and was told I would get the watch in 8-10 days. I have contacted United luxury watches via WhatsApp on multiple occasions and I still don’t have the watch. I paid them using Zelle for the xtra 10% off. I warn everyone not to use Zelle because unlike with a credit card you can’t dispute anything. I received no tracking number nor have I any indication I will receive the watch. I would not recommend this site to buy a watch as I believe most of the reviews are fake. They will not return my money nor give me any indication I will receive the watch. I have lost $1,600.00 but if I can prevent them from doing this to others it’s worth it. Send them money at your own risk.
