It has been a long process. The check engine light came on in August of 2021. Unfortunately due to supply chain issues and the like it has been a longer than normal process. That said I am extremely glad I have a CarShield plan. It has been determined the engine needs to be replaced. For the $100 deductible I get a new engine. Of course due to the state of things that will take longer than normal, not CarShields fault. My 2012 Grand Cherokee has just under 85k miles. Never thought the engine would ever need replacing. I was very wrong and again extremely glad I have a CarShield plan. I highly recommend getting a CarShield plan I bought my Jeep used and even bought the extended warranty from the dealer which I canceled when I checked out the plan from CarShield.which was a superior plan.

One of the most painless phone calls I have ever had to make. I am a service advisor and I make these calls daily, by far this was one of the best most easiest experiences I have ever had. I summited the claim for payment and had a rep call and pay literally 2 seconds after emailing.

Handled everything in a timely manner. Very pleased with the service.

Been working with United Car Care for years. Getting through to a claim representative has always been very quick. Payment for a completed claim has always been prompt. Very easy company to work with. 10/10 Would highly recommend.

I purchase united car care for my infiniti and all i can say is that is a great investment , they been great on taking care of my car , just recently had an issue with my transmission and they were promptly they took care of the cost , fast and easy . Got my car back and is been great experience highly recomend it to anyone not every extended warranty works the same as they do

genuinely can’t say enough amazing things about this company, especially my adjuster Jared. I was advised by friends not to buy extended warranty but I didn’t listen and purchased it anyways. 5 months later my transmission blew. The company had my car towed within two hours for free. The dealership said it usually takes 4 days for insurance to review a claim. United car care approved it the same day through a video inspection!! They approved $6200 for brand new transmission, I almost cried I was so happy. The dealership told me I still owed $500 which made no sense so I called Jared my adjuster to ask why, and he seemed confused and concerned and asked me to get a breakdown. He went out of his way to also request a breakdown, and get his supervisor Randy Maxwell involved. Jared was right the dealership was trying to charge me $459 for nuts and bolts when I got the breakdown Jared looked up the parts and called them himself to tell them the prices were wrong and half were covered through him. I looked up parts they cost $56 he was right! The dealership ended up dropping the part fee altogether, with a fight from me and Jared. He responded to every call or email within 10 min. BY FAR THE BEST PERSON I HAVE EVER encountered in any service industry. I’m so happy with them and will use them forever!!
