This company is full of Scammers. I rented a car from them on 12th of July 26 and returned on 15th July 26. Today is 14th of October and they have not yet refunded my deposit. They are just beating around the bush and not refunding my money which is 853 pounds. They ask me to contact new phone numbers every time and drain you. These are a set of scammers. Never hire a car from them. They are operating from a location which is quite far and isolated from Airport and its dangerous being in that region alone among them.

Avoid This Rental Partner! Bait-and-Switch Scam at Antalya Airport We booked a Nissan (Plate: TR07 BVS 208) through an online portal for a 3-day rental (18.08.2026 to 21.08.2026). We paid for the car and full insurance online, receiving a confirmation stating the office was located inside the Antalya Airport terminal. When we arrived, there was no office. We called the customer service line and were told to go to Counter 13 outside the terminal building. After waiting for 30 minutes, a representative finally showed up, put our bags in his car boot, and drove us 3 km away to a dark street where several other unhappy customers were waiting. At this off-site office, they forced us into a corner. Citing a vague "procedural issue," they told us to cancel the insurance we bought online and demanded we pay them directly for: 1. The full rent as a down payment. 2. Buy Their own in-house insurance. 3. A €1,000 security deposit. They scared us by saying that if we used the portal’s insurance, they would automatically deduct any damage costs from our €1,000 deposit, leaving us to fight the website for a reimbursement. They also stated they would hold our €1,000 deposit for 21 days after returning the car, claiming government traffic fines take a long time to register. This was an incredibly stressful, deceptive experience. Do not trust their claims of having an "in-airport" office!
