wish I saw these reviews before signing up. complete mess of a company and should be shut down. Think your saving money HAHAHAHA they send ya separate invoice for all the fees and say UPS sent it, its not unishippers fault bull crap. Biggest scam on the internet right now . you have been warned if you want fees invoiced after invoice this is your company . I have never been more frustrated in my life .

Constant unending sales calls from theirs reps - often 2 or more per day. This company is clearly some boiler room scam.

Persistent Sales person kept calling and calling, then texted me and the language the entire time from the first cold call (not a single email was sent before this) was the same as if I was hustling at a flea market.. "my carriers love me I swear I can get you a good price." No doubt I wanted to try my options so I sent him a trial FTL I had and the price is literally the same about 1% off lol. Then after about 4 calls and emails, I just refused and kept saying no need to change something that's already working good and this is not a major priority for me right now, because if something goes wrong in logistics, it completely ruins everything else my company is working on.... Remind you this entire time he was pushy on every angle imaginable, Then he proceeded to call me close minded, made a joke of how I am married and in love with my forwarder, then said I was a bad businessman then hung up.. We bought a cooler from the the states ,and the seller used unishipper to ship the small cooler to Canada, the first driver txt us requesting us to pay for his hotel room $150 ,we told him to go pound sand . We filed a complaint only to get another driver the next day asking us to etransfer him 200 for ownership ,mind u we are 400 in for shipping , this is fraud at best. Now there holding the cooler hostage. Never ship with unishippers very unprofessional company

They weren’t user friendly at all. I own a retail store so I am constantly having product shipped to me (which adds up to a lot of small invoices). So rather than pay dozens of little invoices I prefer to pay many at once and even prepay knowing I have many shipments coming. So I tried to write a $500 check to pay a few small invoices and prepay several that I know were coming - they sent me back at check for over $260 and said they wouldn’t allow me to do that. Then within a couple weeks I started getting emails saying “overdue invoices” and even got an email from their Collections Department. Definitely not a system that works for our busy store and thus not user friendly at all.

Like the other reviewers are stating, I tried to politely tell the guy we weren't interested. He continued to be very pushy and kept asking questions about our business, who we use, etc, and completely ignored me. I offered to take a name, number and information so I can push it up the chain of command but the guy would not let me go.

Just received a sales call from Uni-Shippers and after politely telling them we were not interested, the sales person talked back to me trying to pressure me into what he wanted. I receive sales calls all the time and when I explain why we're not interested, or that we are already taken care of in a certain way, the salesman usually has the wherewithal to be polite back, say thank you for the time, and say good bye. This salesman was absolutely not polite to me as a potential customer and continued to talk to back to me towards the end of the call right before I hung up because of his poor attitude.

This company has one of the worst customer service and sales managers. Adam Shapiro contacted me about trying to earn my business. When I tried telling him the reasons I will not be using him he hung up on me. This is not how a business should treat other businesses, especially if you are trying to earn their business.
