⭐⭐⭐ 3 STARS — UniSHIPPERS HAS GOOD RATES, BUT THEIR BILLING IS STARTING TO GET EXTREMELY CONCERNING! Let me start by saying that uniShippers has offered me some good, affordable shipping rates, which is why I was initially planning to give them FIVE stars. However, I recently reviewed my bill and noticed something that does not make sense. I know I only spent $200 on one shipment, which is already the most I have ever paid for a shipment through this company. But now I am seeing three charges for APROX THAT amount listed on my account. And when I click on them is multiple charges that they are going to have to explain why would they combine shipments I have never seen this and some are I feel older than the account I have.had with them so im worried When I pay for one of them, one charge disappears, but the other two unpaid charges remain. Meanwhile, all of the other shipments I have already paid for are still showing on my account. WHAT IS GOING ON? I am extremely concerned that I may be getting charged multiple times for the same shipment. I do not want to accuse anyone unfairly, but after reading the reviews online, I am even more worried. Many of the reviews about this company are one-star reviews, and several customers claim they were charged or had money taken from them improperly. UP TO 6 THOUSAND DOLLARS! WTF At this point, I have no choice but to question whether the same thing is happening to me. I plan to contact uniShippers tomorrow since today is Sunday, but I wanted to leave this review now because this situation needs to be addressed. I hope there is a reasonable explanation and that the billing issue can be corrected quickly. Customers should be able to trust that their accounts and payments are being handled accurately. Then after seeing all these consistent 1 star reviews and their whole rating is only 1 star I understand why UPS only has one they should have negative 1000 stars. UPS are robbers but now that I have seen my account and am now in debt I really hope all these other reviewers were taken care of because I really want to Throw up after reading them . I have never seen a company have this many claims about them stealing from small companies. We work so hard and its hard enough to keep customers when they you tell them they have to pay for large packages across the states and I feel bad that I even give them my customers a small discount because its so expensive to ship and dont ship over weight HA UPs Will charge you litterly 3k for an over size package haha man now im going to leave a terrible review for UPS the ass hats haha talk to you tommorw unishipppers if I can get ahold of you let get you some more stars because ill promote you if your honest and keep treating me fair like you have so far . Except for this current issue Wow and to top it off my 800 dollar customers shipment was damaged in shipping and I know its not unishippers its XCover but they are part of this problem as well I gave a few stars because I dont want to jump to conclusions GOOD RATES, BUT THE BILLING ISSUES ARE EXTREMELY CONCERNING. 3 STARS — PENDING A CLEAR EXPLANATION AND RESOLUTION. And man i will actually feel bad if I have to change it to 1 star . I dont think this company or any company with one start total should respond back to the reviews like they do it truly sounds fake but lets hope for the best I really hope i dont wish I would have ready these before using them because if they are really honest (like they should be) then they do actually help me out . But now thst I think about it im like 550 on my credit and my credit is bad . Now im wondering why they approved me for an account I just hope its that they want to help small businesses but . Its not looking like it form these teribal reviews. God I cant get over it. I litterly have.never seen a company witj 1 start ha well preve me wrong guys and please help me with my shipping insurance claim becaise 800. Is being takin from me from Shitty Xcover and I cant afford to be robbed by these guys too I already have been robbed UPS for bogus charges over 5k

I have tried all morning to get support, 5 times given a number because the number the last person gave me was to the wrong franchise The last person hung up on me. A 0 for customer support

We've been an overall happy customer over 15 years across several businesses. But their AR seems to have gone bonkers For whatever reason, we somehow started paying several invoices twice, and had a credit balance starting 10/12/2023, with a second credit on 1/11/2023,which was on our account until last week when we asked for these funds to be disbursed back to us. Despite that, they charged us a $4.95 late fee accruing from an invoice dated 12/01/2023. For whatever reason, they didn't use our credit balance on open invoices. While their AR did offer to remove the late fee, after several interactions it is still there. We have been re-invoiced the late fee twice since talking to AR. These recent invoices are 1/26/2024 and today 2/2/2024. The last customer service rep I talked to made it clear it was MY fault that Unishippers chose not to match the credit on my account to pay new invoices. So they wore me down and we are paying the $4.95 late fee. But I do get to write this review to get something out of it. On the plus side, Unishipper's AR at least did send us a statement on 1/24/2024 (the first ever!), to let us know we have a credit balance. We do appreciate that. Thanks!
