These bottom feeders are relentless with sales calls trying to beg for our business. we have told them multiple times to stop calling and they proceed to call multiple times a day to the point of harassment and at times rudeness if they are not put through to the shipping department. I would not do business with them based on this blatant lack of decorum alone. We now just put the phone down on the desk until they hang up and waste their time just as they waste ours. EDIT: I was contacted by their corporate and promised that we will be removed from the list of phone calls. I will update if the calls still come in but as of now a resolution has been attempted.

Ordering 12 containers, requested a quote, and was turned down, they don't have enough time. Happy to talk to me on the phone for 1 hour, but then when I need a quote, they turn it down. + quite rude.

The worst ServiceEVER We were charged more than what was agreed upon on our first invoice. Our sales representative said he would check and fix any errors and requested us to continue shipping. After four weeks we did not receive any invoices nor an explanation for the excess amounts billed. We asked them to cancel our services and send us invoices so we can clear our payment due. They charged our credit card on file and did not send us any invoices. Luckily, we had limited exposure to them. We will file a dispute with our credit card company. It appears the staff is trained to sweet-talk customers into signing up for their services. Can't blame them as it appears the company follows a deceitful manner of attracting business.

A shipment didn't get picked up for three days and when I contacted support, they didn't reply. So then, I had to call. The person said that she re-routed my email to the correct dept. When they finally responded, they told me I had to contact UPS myself and gave me the 800 number. For the small amount of money you save using Unishippers, you're better off support wise going direct with UPS to get the job done.

Stay away from them. They call me everyday trying to get my business. I've told them at least 25 times I'm not interested and to remove me. The person calling says they can't remove me. STAY AWAY, it's beyond harrassment at this point in time and their own website and contact info can't get me to anyone that can help.

Owning a small business, I have never been harassed more by a company and their salesmen than Unishippers. Has been literally years of asking them to take us off their call list and yet they still call every couple months.

My business has worked with our local Unishippers for over 2 years and have been impressed with their service and pricing. I think some reviews miss the fact that these are local, small business franchise owners and I'm sure others experiences might vary like in any other system. We have saved significantly in our shipping costs from our previous 3PL. The customer service and invoicing have been great- I have access to the customer service team to manage potential questions or issues, but also have the cell phone for my local unishippers business owner who is creative and responsive to my questions.

We have been using Unishipers service for more than 5 years. Most of the shipments and bills did not have issues until 2022 last year. As usual, you can have a quote on their online system ( It is one of our favorite LTL online quoting systems so far). Before the pandemic, our quotes always matched the invoices but not anymore. You will be charged much more than the quotes. In the beginning, we thought it was the trucking company trying to charge more, but after we saw many people leave similar negative feedback and we realize the extra charge might not be from the trucking company. It is a sad day that we lose a good online LTL service platform. Hopefully, they will be back to normal in the near future.
