The company I work for has been using Unishippers online platform for years, this year when they updated the platform we started receiving invoices with shipments we did not create. I reviewed tracking and sure enough there were 3 shipments. We have only used Unishippers for small packages. Attempting to address the issue by calling and creating service tickets it turned into a complete nightmare. I was left with empty responses of closed support cases. We stopped using the service on 7/1, have continued to pay the $30 weekly fee. It is now August 15th and I have been opening service tickets and making phone calls trying to close the account and they have refused to comply with my request. Again, emails and support requests go unanswered. Their customer service is way below par for such a large company. I would never suggest anyone use them as a freight company. They are unreliable and data is not safe.

I put a lot of stock in reviews typically, but after going through the sales process with my rep, I decided to go with my gut instead of what I was reading, and turns out it was the right call. They laid out exactly what kind of savings I'd see, and even 4 months into the service, they've consistently delivered. I haven't had to use the customer support yet, but I'd imagine it would be better than UPS or FedEx's.

Same experience as others. Cold Calls 1-2 times a week. Been asked to be removed from list multiple times and they keep calling. We did go through their pitch once and their billing practices seemed shady so we pulled the plug.

This company is pathetic. Calls to offer UPS discount rates ("corporate told us to call") yeah right...Even after I told him that even if the CEO of UPS called I don't want to talk to them or for them to call me they idiot who I won't name got rude. Never will I EVER give 1 cent to these lowlifes.

After many years of repeated calls, I decided to give them a try (since their UPS rates were better than mine). So after validating those rates, I ended up seeing ACH debits in my bank account under a different name. I disputed and reversed them. I tried to contact Unishippers to get invoices and that's when things got bumpy. No call backs, no email response. Fast forward, three months and "my rep" finally calls me to tell me I am past due. Finally received those invoices and the small package insurance rate (which we discussed at length) is almost three times higher than the rate promised. Rep told me he "could not get me the rate he thought he could get." Invoices don't match the bank debits, so I don't know where those figures came from. Unishippers is dead to me now...although I still get regular sales calls from different offices.

Might simply be the worst company and franchise model in the modern day. We will not and will never do business with this company. I’m on the do not call national registry for my cell phone and this company and their franchises have harassed me for 24 months. To date I’ve received over 150 phone calls. They’ve harassed me and my employees. I’ve pleaded with them to stop calling. They are now so incredibly rude to me, why would I ever do business with them. Shame on UPS for being affiliated with them.

PERFORMANCE OVERNIGHT, LLC DBA UNISHIPPERS– Team Albany. I would like to just let everyone know not to use this company. So what they do is have slightly lower rates than other competitors, However then our company got flooded with extra charges on every invoice!! So we would call and try to explain to them we had everything correct only to get no help at all from them. The last invoice we had over $1000. in extra charges!! There customer service is next to none. And Billy made a lot of promises he never kept.

I've used them for 3 years now. Like anything shipping related it was bumpy at first, but our rep took care of us. They are franchise based, so I know not all offices are the same, but our rep has always done right by us and communicated whenever issues arise.
