Completely disregard for their clients and the issues caused by the carriers they use, this company should be reported to FEMSCA, SAFERWEB and BBB.

Unishippers was able to save me around 22% on my shipping costs. I got a phone call one day from my rep. All I did was send over my latest invoices, they did a price comparison, set up a new account and I switched over from FedEx very seamlessly. They have great customer support and I’m always able to get ahold of my rep. Highly recommend!

I was initially pretty skeptical when I got a call/email about Unishippers. It seemed rather too good to be true. I was feeling optimistic, however, and I scheduled a phone call with my rep to further the conversation. She talked me through the process, the seamless integration into my shipping platform, and she even did invoice reviews with me the first few weeks. She eased my stress, and now I am saving about $1200 per month just on my shipping rates. I have referred other companies that I work alongside of over to my rep, and she's taken awfully great care of everybody.

If there was an option for 0 stars, I would give it. Stay far, far away from Unishippers. Their business model is to offer good customer service and better rates than UPS up front, then add on fees they refuse to both clarify OR dispute for you even with documentation that would otherwise resolve the issue with any other carrier (and you cannot dispute or get any info direct from UPS because Unishippers owns the account). When you ask questions about your invoice, your rep will tell you they are looking into it and will get back to you, then...crickets. The worst surprise of all? Those invoices you had questions about that no one bothered to respond to you about, somehow get deducted from your bank account via ACH without your authorization (note: we were not on auto-pay). And all the while, you continue to get aggressive sales calls from other Unishippers franchises because there's not a central brain. Hands down the worst customer service and shipping experience my company has in our nearly 20 years of business. The. Worst.

I am not one to write reviews, but after reading all of these bad ones I had to add my two cents because I strongly disagree. I have been shipping with Unishippers for our UPS Ground shipments for just about a year now. The reviews made me really hesitant, but my rep from the Creative Control franchise in Boston, assured me she would reimburse me if I did not like what I saw. She is attentive, they have a PHENOMENAL customer service team & I have never seen an "added fee" like people are saying. My rates are the same now as they were 9 months ago. I seriously could not recommend this service any more. I am very satisfied.

We receive multiple cold calls a week from Unishippers. The last couple of callers (mostly coming from this number and caller idea name: Davis Jonathon 9164252825) Have been rude, condescending and straight out lied about having talked to people in our company. While we are happy with the agreements we have with working with the carriers directly, we always give any a chance to bid if they would like to. I always take time to do an exact match quote and send them the rates we currently get after we get their bid, so they can see the difference in price. Today the person who called, forgot that they called Monday, insulted me and then hung up on me, and tried to say it was their first time calling us- but 10 min earlier they said there were trying to follow up on a call to our boss. I did try to contact corporate office about it, but I was transferred and then hung up on when I asked to be removed from their data base. I would love to be removed from the data base, as I am currently blocking any numbers or names from Unishippers (Also- just FYI- I was informed that the numbers are cell phones - at least the last 2 people I talked to told me that)

I couldn't believe the savings when I started using Unishippers. When I received the invoices for the 1st few shipments they were spot on with the quotes. Then came the 2nd round of invoices for the same shipments in some cases. Additional fees they claimed that Unishippers was charged by the carriers. The most recent issue involves a delivery to an area that was not highly traveled I was told. 1st the pallet took a month to actually get the my buyer. During that month in transit, they actually billed me for the delivery. I paid because I hadn't heard from my buyer so I thought it was delivered. I finally hear from my buyer who stated he still didn't have the pallet. They have now charged me for a limited access delivery fee and liftgate even though my buyer had a tractor to unload. The total for the additional charges were $995.50 CAN YOU BELIEVE IT???

Rates aren't as competitive as they claim. Constantly get cold calls from different reps every couple weeks. Pushy and got upset when I said we weren't interested in their services. Annoying, especially how pushy they've been this whole year.
