I know you're busy so this has nothing to do with shipping speed or being backed up. Realizing you were slammed, I cancelled my order via email. I got a reply saying it would be canceled. Great no problem...then I didn't get a refund and still haven't received it. I've emailed twice about the problem and haven't gotten a resolution.

Due to the COVID-19 virus illness, quarantine, and lock down the response time and handling time for orders has unfortunately been delayed. We are doing the best we can with the remaining staff that we still have available considering the extreme hardship. Considering that your order did ship on time but the customer was no longer at that address.
