Quick delivery, reasonable prices

I understand that there is stress and slowdowns due to the Covid-19 virus but i still answer my customers e-mails when they write to me requesting some sort of expected ship date. It has been over two weeks with no info on when my order will arrive.

I bought some power blocks during the covid outbreak. I had concerns about when they would ship. Although they couldn't assist in getting them out quicker because they aren't the ones who ship them, they were responsive to my emails so I appreciate that.

My Bosu Ball shipped quickly. It was packed well, with easy instructions how to set up & use. Since my gym is closed, & can’t use the one there, the one I ordered is the same quality.

I received the BOSU quickly after ordering. I had never used one before. I absolutely love it. It has loosened up my ankles which had been really tight. It's reducing pain in my ankle that had been injured years ago.

I did not receive any of the weights that I ordered, only the free T-shirt. The tracking label said all these items were delivered, there was no mention of any back ordering or late delivery. I will be trying to constant customer service again this weekend.

Quick communication when I emailed them for an update. Product arrived as expected. No surprises, which is always good!
