Great products that are hard to find!

I got the POLAR PRODUCTS ACTIVE ICE 3.0 38" X 22" BLANKET PAD COLD THERAPY SYSTEM WITH DIGITAL TIMER, 9 QUART RESERVOIRSKU: PP-AIS3.0-9-BB. My wife had a knee replacement and she loved it at first but the pump would stop pumping sufficiently to keep her leg cool. The pump isn’t restricted by anything because I use frozen water bottles as suggested. I’ve tried keeping the cooler level with the blanket(which is inconvenient) and it still didn’t keep pumping enough. I’m thinking there is too much flow restriction with the blanket being that it has a lot of channels or cells to pump through. The package also came with instructions for a control with a timer and we recieved a basic controller for flow only. I would appreciate a solution as she continues recovery and she will be having the other knee done soon. Thanks

It took some time for the product to get here, but I'm happy with the delivery and the product itself.

I can’t really give a final score since I have yet to receive my product. I will say the correspondence has been responsive and very polite, but not accurate. Placed orders on 1/5 with an expected 15-20 business day shipping. On 2/1 I was offered an apology, 2/15 was part of a mass email that mine and 60 others were coming on the next train, and it’s 3/3 and still nothing. Also I paid up front. At this point im going to be looking at my refund options. Update. 3/9 and all pieces of my order have arrived in good order. I have updated my score from 2-4 stars. The communications were great but unfortunately it still came about 40 days after promised.

I purchased the TKO Cardio Pump Barbell Set. I am pleased with the product, it arrived in less than a week in great shape. My only criticism is that the bar clamps are very difficult to lock (close) on the bar. I hope they will loosen up or changing plates will be difficult during a “BodyPump” session. I also wish that extra plates were available to order in 5# or 2.5# .

The Harbinger 6” lifting belt (size medium) I ordered came in the timeline I expected. The wide part of this lifting belt is not properly positioned (centered) on the belt. It is too near the buckle end of the belt. I bought it for my son who has a 30” waist. The buckle is located on his right hip when worn properly (with the wide part of the belt centered on his back). The buckle should be near the centerline of the body when buckled properly. The same is true when I put the belt on (I have a 32” waist), the buckle is on my right hip bone. Was this a manufacter’s “second” product? Otherwise it seems to be a poor design. It also would have been a better if I’d selected a belt with some built in padding along the back. I currently use a non-padded lifting belt but have used it for 35 years. It seems this will take a while for this new belt to wear into a comfortable shape.
