Unique Fitness ConceptsReviews of uniquefit1.com

As a result of being quarantined due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I was eager to buy a barbell and plates in order to do in-home workouts. I am in the process of planning my wedding, and did not want to get out of shape while being mandated to stay indoors. I ordered the Cardio Pump set, which includes 6 plates and 2 clips, from Unique Fitness. Despite the higher-than-average demand I know they were experiencing at the time, all items were shipped to me even more promptly than expected, and I am really impressed with the quality of the equipment. I did my first workout last night and am feeling like myself again. Thank you, Unique Fitness, for continuing to deliver during this crazy time!

Love my new equipment. Perfect for Body Pump and Group Power workouts.

Crazy fast shipping. Exactly what I wanted.

Website allows one to purchase items. Then you consumer will get an email with the tracking number. Once the item(s) arrive you are left wondering where the rest of the order is. No one will answwr the phones. So you are left wondering until you get a refund. Then if you would like a similar item you have to go to the more expensive ones. Again no one answers the phones and the voicemails are left unanswered as well. Overall horrible customer service and I will not recommend this site to anyone. Infact I will warn folks of the hazards associated with this site.

Charged me and can’t even get an answer back in delivery . It’s way after the already delayed delivery date

I didn’t receive my package and no one will answer my complaint! All I received was the free gift! This feels like fraud!

Fast receipt and good shipping cost.

Unique Fitness had what I needed, provided fast free shipping, and was very helpful with my order. I will definitely look to them first for my fitness needs!
