I can't get anyone from the company to reply to my emails or phone calls about where my order (paid for) is in the process of shipping.

Scam. 4 months later and I never got my product. Please avoid this company.

Scam company! Do not buy from this company! They will charge your credit card and not ship your product. They will not return phone calls. AVOID!!

This appears to have been a real company once upon a time. Now it clearly is not, it seems to be a fraudulent storefront using the website of the original company. They will not ship your product. They will not refund your money. They will not respond to emails, phone calls, facebook messages, or voicemails. I have a long paper trail of my repeated attempts to get some sort of response from them. ANY response from them. I'm being forced to do a chargeback with my credit card company. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Agee with other reviewers on total lack of transparency on company’s part and their lack of an informative process per back orders. Wanted something for Christmas that I had to call 3 days prior to get any info on holdup. Then month later and no communication I left another concerned voicemail. Not instilling confidence that we will ever be getting this paid for item. Terrible customer relations.

Very slow to ship,for a product that was charged to my credit card immediately. No answers from Unique Fitness on delivery.

I have been waiting for nearly three months for my order to be shipped. I have received no updates this entire time. I understand the high demand recently but I do t understand the lack of communication

I ordered the power blocks about two months ago and have not heard a thing from this company. I contacted them after the original 10-14 business day processing time (the original time frame when I ordered) and I was told there is a 25 business day processing time now. After the 25 business days I contacted them again, this time they say the Power Blocks are having supply chain issues and I am still in line but they cant say when my order will ship. Do yourself a favor and order elsewhere they are clearly back ordered and still have no problem taking new orders. Currently contemplating whether I should wait a few more months or canceling my order.
