Ordered a dumb bell set March 22nd Still havent received...At this point I guess I call customer service to further aggravate myself...

Products are great their customer service and responsiveness is horrible. I understand they are super busy recently and most of the items they have are back-ordered, that's to be expected. What's not expected is 5 unanswered e-mails over the course of 6 weeks. I was only inquiring on when to expect my order. Then out of the blue, half of my order showed up about a month late, yet no word on the other half. The website says my order is complete, I assure it is not, I only have half of it. There is zero tracking information and two weeks after the first half of my order was delivered, I still have no idea when or if I'll get the other half. You may pay a little more at a different retailer, but I'd recommend someone else right now. Every other fitness equipment retailer I've dealt with, as I'm setting up a home gym due to COVID-19, has at least returned my emails and let me know what was happening and that my items were back-ordered and an estimate on when to expect them. That is all I've asked for. I know things are crazy right now, but at least return ONE email over the course of 6 weeks. These guys got my money and then zero communication.

This was a wonderful transaction. With everything going on in the world, they said it might take several weeks to ship out my item. Instead, it took just a few days. My WaterRower arrived in perfect condition and was exactly as advertised. I look forward to buying from this company again! This was a totally and completely satisfying experience.

Poor communication. Paid 400$ over a month ago. Nothing.

This is my first time ordering from Unique Fitness Concepts. Due to COVID19 it did take 3 weeks to get our order but they are clear about the longer shipping times on their website. 75% of our order was in stock so they shipped it and will ship the rest when it becomes available. We are so thankful they shipped us what was in stock for our order so we could at least have that. They have been very professional and so far a pleasure to do business with.

Product delivered was very good, however, it was communicated to me that when i ordered the product that it would take 7-10 biz days to be delivered due to the virus. It actually took much longer than this time frame to receive the product. When i contacted a service rep 3 weeks after ordering they told me the product would be delivered to me at an indefinite time period due to the virus, although I received the product the next day. After one week after receiving the product i received an email stating the product had just shipped and to expect it soon. Many problems with logistics but everything else was good.
