Great product, best price, free shipping, and came when it was supposed to. Will be the first place I look to buy any future workout equipment.

Submitted an order 8 weeks ago. No follow-up, no estimated date of delivery. Whenever I send an email to customer service, I receive an automated email saying that they are experiencing high volume of requests. I understand that these are unprecedented times, but since the order was accepted, an estimate of the delivery time would be appropriate. Nothing on the website, at the time of submitting the order, let me believe that there would have been such a wait or that the product was out of stock

Chris at Unique Fitness worked very hard to get us our order during these difficult times in an expedient manner. We thank her and everyone behind the scenes and wish them continued success. The equipment we received is top notch and we will be ordering more items from them soon!!!

Admittedly my initial impression wasn't all that great after I ordered and a significant amount of time went by without hearing anything regarding the status of my order besides the initial receipt confirmation that was emailed to me on the day of online purchase. I understood it was going to take longer than usual due to COVID-19 but I anticipated to hear updated status on my order regularly which initially did not occur. However, it was the direct efforts of Ms. Livingston and Ms. Malcolm who turned my entire impression around about this company and their quality of customer service. These ladies really cared about my order and took a vested interest in me after I got in contact with them. Despite the length of time it took to receive my order, these two ladies kept in contact with me through direct email communication on the status of my order a couple of weeks before it finally arrived. They gave me direct contact capability with them through their individual company email addresses. It was because of their extreme care for customer service and timely responsiveness that my confidence grew and that my order was going to be delivered and UFC had not forgotten about me. Just shy of five stars only because of the time it took but my deepest thanks to these two individuals for keeping me informed along the way. It's solely because of them on why I would go back to this company to meet any other future needs. Thank you! - Joe :)

poor communication with an update of my order that i had placed a month and a half ago. it makes sense that orders may be delayed due to covid but it would atleast be helpful getting a reply to my emails to make sure i’m still getting what i paid for.

I understand these are uncertain times, but never once did I receive any order confirmation or estimated time to ship or arrival. The customer service frequently ignored my requests for updates or information (mind you I only emailed every two weeks or so, after not hearing a response). Only when I asked for a refund did they ship my item, over two months after I had placed the order. Mind you, the original estimate for processing was 7 days from the day of purchase. I honestly thought I had my money stolen with the way they behaved, dodging questions and never providing any real details about my order. Supposedly it will arrive tomorrow, but we’ll see!

Quick to ship my items which is great! This is my second order with this company. I ordered a belt last time for myself. Great product so I'm ordering another belt for my fiancé. Great products and quick service.
