Online store is convenient to chek the catalogue and buy something without having to be physically present at the shop. It saves time in the event that the shop does not have the item required.

Ordered door online for collection in Msasa branch shop. When I got there I was told the item was a breakage so a new door will be ordered for me. They took my email and phone number and the promised to get the door within 4 working days. I was also promised they will keep me posted. I waited for 6 working days for a phone call or an update to no avail. I then searched online and found the phone number for customer services. I spoke to one of the customer care team members and to his credit he did follow up on the matter but the promise for the door I had been given was never fulfilled as he claimed they did not have the item in stock. Very disappointed as I had to travel a 40km round journey for the door. It was a waste of my time and I was very disappointed with the experience.

I used online purchase platform for the first time to buy some electrical cables. The interface was easy to use and I also benefitted from the July online winter promotion, used payment on collection option.Collection point was Workington branch, the personnel there were really friendly and they expeditiously processed my order
