I had reserved some cement on the online store and went in to pay and collect. It seems the cement was out of stock but the online platform had not been updated. Fortunately they had some cement in the back and my order was honoured. Just a reminder though that the online platform should be always updated to avoid such situations!

Thank you for the review. We do apologise for any slight inconvenience caused. Please do note out stocks are updated every 30 mins. Sometimes there may be an overlap in goods bought and those sold online. Unfortunately cement was in high demand during that period. We appreciate your patience and support! Kind regards, Team Union

Made an order online to be collected 3 days later only to get there and find out some items hadn't been packaged yet. Took another 45min waiting whilst searching in there warehouse. Other than that everything was in place
