I made an online purchase of some tiles but encountered some problems with the pricing. The staff in store was very helpful and we managed to resolve the issue. Special mention to the marketing team who identified the glitch in the system and assisted the floor management. I also got some building material in store and I commend them for the variety and quality. If you need to purchase building material of great quality without the hustle of delegating to someone, the website is easy to use and your products will be as they are online.

I ordered an AE 4 plate gas stove online, went to the shop for payment and collection. They first checked my invoice upon arrival and was told to proceed to the payment till, paid for the gas stove. But was only told at the collection point that the gas stove was not on stock 😒. Had to wait for the reversal of the transaction for the store to refund my money. Only to be told that they had the stove in another branch ... Had a very bad experience at union hardware and wouldn't recommend it to anyone
