Truly unique and beatifull puzzle. Quality of pieces are good and shapes are non like the other.

I placed an order and waited 30 days for delivery. At that time I looked up the tracking and it was invalid. I contacted them regarding the status and they responded saying it was "lost" and they would gladly issue a refund. Then, they went silent and wont respond to emails, so after almost 2 more weeks I'm filing a dispute with my bank. Avoid this company!!!

Love these puzzles! Great quality and fun experience putting together. Can't wait for more patterns to come out.

Initially after 3 previously purchased puzzles I'd have nothing but great things to say about their puzzles. Then I did an early order of the Sakura nature series puzzle, ordered March 21st. After noticing that it had released the puzzle on Facebook I kept my eyes on my email for a shipping confirmation on my puzzle. After almost a month I emailed customer service cause I still had not received a shipping confirmation email, even though the puzzles could be openly purchased now. The response, "it may have been lost in transit. We will resend it" ok, if it had attached shipping/tracking info or a subsequent email with tracking info, but no. Now I'm almost 10 days out from their response email with still no clear tracking info and out 50$ for a 250 piece puzzle. Im willing to update this review if customer service actually gives some service versus an "oh crap" response. Cause again how could something have been "lost in transit" when it was never marked as "in transit" or "shipped". If it got missed, own up to it instead of blowing smoke up my ass, please and thanks.

These are the greatest puzzles. I love the precision of the cuts and how well the pieces snap together. The medium size takes a couple of hours and is a perfect activity to escape. After you complete the puzzle you can flip it over for a more challenging version. I love that there’s a picture created on the flip side. I own 6 of these puzzles, ordered at different times. I think 3 were purchased from the Unidragon website and 3 were from Amazon. Of the 6 puzzles, one was missing a piece, but Amazon exchanged it with no issues. Honestly, these puzzles are so nice that I have gotten rid of all my others. These are my go-to from now on. When my kids come home I pass them out and we race to see who can finish their puzzle first. Thanks Unidragon for a truly unique and quality product.

Very nice and thrilling

I love these puzzles. I've become addicted to wood puzzles and ive done a couple unidragon so far and the quality is awesome. Challenging and so much fun. I've ordered from unidragon.com and had no issues. Arrived when they were supposed to.

Ordered one, medium sized puzzle from them. It was delivered with no issues, and all the pieces were there. SO, from reading the previous reviews. It seems that their QA is improving. Also, their customer service seems to be adequate.
