I had previously posted a positive review for Unidragon's puzzles and they are indeed beautiful. However their customer service is non-existent and their marketing practices are deceiving. They offered to grant bonus points for a review on TrustPilot (bonus points translate to a discount on a future purchase). It's been nearly 4 months since I posted my review (a very positive one) but they still have not awarded the bonus points they promised. I have sent multiple emails asking about it and got nowhere. They have lost a customer--I'm done!

I absolutely LOVED the Majestic Wolf puzzle I bought! It was beautiful and I had fun putting it together. As soon as I opened the box I started on it. 3 hours later I had a beautiful wooden piece to either hang on the wall, or take completely apart and put back together again. I haven’t decided yet. I will definitely be buying more puzzles!

The puzzle was delivered in a timely manner and is beautiful! I enjoyed putting it together and will definitely purchase more from them.

I bought 2 as an early Mother’s Day gift for my mom & she loved them! It’s a very creative & relaxing way to pass time while making your brain work.

I have purchased every animal puzzle Unidragon has released, in the King size. They are all super fun to assemble and very beautiful when done. It's nice to go slow and enjoy looking at all of the unique pieces in each puzzle, too. I have tried two of the new landscape puzzles and will be returning for more. If you order a new release puzzle, it does take a long time to receive it (typically about a month). But as long as that is stated up front so people know what to expect, it's just the way it is with shipping these days. Highly recommend all of the Unidragon puzzles.

I bought a unidragon puzzle because I love puzzle and this was beyond what I ever expected. I’m addicted to your puzzle, there not like the usual puzzle. I love the way the puzzle pieces are cut, so unique, it makes it more challenging to put together.

I think these puzzles are amazing! They are fun to put together. The pieces are so unique. I am going to frame the one I purchased which was the 2 whales. The only reason I rated 4 stars was the price. It worked out to way more than expected. I am retired on a limited income so it was a bit of a struggle to purchase and it makes me very,very sad that I can't afford to buy more. I really wish I could as these are the greatest puzzles to do and to look at once they are done.
