I own many of these puzzles but bought them all on Amazon, except my latest one. I wanted a royal size so I had to buy directly from their website. At first, I was told that my puzzle would ship out within 10 days, even though the website said 2-7 days, which I was more than fine with. When I never received any shipping info 2 weeks later, I messaged them and received blunt and not so friendly customer service emails, telling me that the first person made a mistake, and that my puzzle would ship out in 40 days and that the puzzle wasn't even produced yet. A month passes by and I receive an email from someone nicer than the last person, and I was offered a replacement for different puzzles other than what I ordered since they were having problems producing my order, even though they've had my $150 for a month at this point. I told them that I paid quite a bit of money with the exchange rate (I'm in Canada) and that I would wait. I finally received it more than 2 months after I placed my order. I'll never order from this website again. I'll just have to stick with the smaller ones that they offer on Amazon. The puzzles really are beautiful and I love them but it's not worth the headaches you get by buying directly from them.

Let me start by saying I love the puzzles. They are high quality, great color. I would give 5 stars for the quality. But if you have a billing issue, forget it. There is no customer service. After numerous attempts at online chat and a couple of emails over a week’s period, I never received a response at all. Something is wrong with the checkout coding, where if you want to order 3 or more puzzles, the auto 10% bundle kicks in and you can’t enter a discount or coupon code, or if the puzzles are already on sale, you don’t get the 10% bundle discount. So first I was trying to order 3 puzzles on sale and when I’d get to the last page to checkout, the 10% was added back in. So, instead, I tried to use a coupon I’d received as a repeat customer for 20% off full purchase, but in reality I can only use it on an order of no more than two puzzles because the 10% bundle discount kicks in for 3 or more non-sale items. At least give us the option to use one or the other. I’d rather use the coupon on 3 items than the 10% bundle discount! Such a bummer, as I’ve ordered from this company multiple times. At least respond!! I found two other companies that do wood animal shape puzzles!

The unidragon puzzles are unique, excellent quality and they have exceptional customer service, a parcel went astray and they contacted me to let me know and had it re-directed. I have 11 of their puzzles, done and mounted on my wall, they are bright, welcoming and fun to complete and be proud to place them on my wall to show off to everyone else.

Aunque tarda bastante más de lo que dice en llegar, merece mucho la pena. Tengo casi toda la colección de puzzles y estoy enamorada de ellos. Tanto que algunos los he comprado más de una vez para enmarcarlos (no querría perder la magia de volver a montarlos) o por tener otros tamaños. Me gustaría comprar los más grandes pero siempre cojo la S (unas 100 piezas) porque los otros tamaños son muy caros. Ojalá fueran más baratos. Los tamaños grandes que tengo, tampoco es que valgan el triple del precio pequeño como indica. Es mejor poder darse el gusto de comprar los pequeños para tener varios que comprarse uno grande. Por lo demás genial y calidad muy buena. Aunque he encontrado diferencias en la calidad de imagen entre algunos puzzles. Algunos tienes colores mas vivos y destacados, brillantes, y otros la impresión es como difuminada y arenosa, más apagada. No sé porqué. Espero sea un fallo que arreglaron y no que ha empeorado la imagen. Cuando me he puesto en contacto con atención al cliente, siempre me han respondido rápido y muy bien. Estoy deseando poder comprarme los nuevos que han salido.

I purchased the small parrots puzzle. I had a pet cockatiel, Kiwi, who has recently passed away and this puzzle has become very sentimental to me for this reason. The pieces were unique, well made, and just a pleasure to feel in your hands. I also appreciate the eco friendly packaging! The small puzzle (104 pieces) took about an 45 minutes to complete.

Got "Misterious Lion" two days ago. Was a birthday present from my son, as he purchased one for himself and loved it. Such a pleasure doing it, beautiful colors and good quality puzzle although I must admit was a bit nervous at the beginning, constantly thinking I'm missing a piece. But not, all was perfect. Just loved it.

Unidragon puzzles are quite unique and I have enjoyed putting them together with my children. The colors are vibrant, the different shapes intriguing and the wood keeps the pieces from bending. I have been sending these out as gifts and they are really appreciated!

I've bought 3 puzzles and have found them to be quite therapeutic, not just for my mind, but for my soul. I would recommend Unidragon to anyone dealing with inner battles 🌈
