Nancy is great she listens to what I am saying and is very understanding person and she has looked up things for me to help me with things And I am very thankful for that and very blessed for that to I started to talked to her in September and from then to now she has been wonderful for me to able to talk to someone like her Ty again Darlene Mahoney 10/1/2026/ Thursday afternoon But she called this morning around 10 a.m. and we talked for about hour.

Our experience with understood care is amazing. Our advocate Karen goes beyond helping us. She doesn't give up on helping you until she gets what she wants for the people. It makes it alot easier on me because I care for my elderly mother. I dont have time to be on the phone calling around. Karen does that for us and it takes a lot off my plate. She deserves a raise in my book. Thank you Karen from Understood Care.

I was a little cautious , not knowing what my benefits could be with an advocate. After speaking with Whitney Williams , I felt much smarter and I felt I could benefit from her help. She was very easy to speak to very down to earth and was able to answer and address all my questions and concerns hats off to Whitney , she gets a five.
