It’s a sham and they are horrible. I purchased an international ticket for $1210 and seats for $132 only to realize that luggage was not included ! Getting luggage included pushed the price up to $1680 but then they left seats out. On top of that the original $132 no longer applied to the seats for the new ticket and was not refundable. So I needed to pay the $132 all over again for a total of $1812. That said if I had purchased directly from the airline it would cost me $1210 plus $110 for seats plus $30 for luggage for a total of $1350. STAY AWAY !

Horrible service. My dad's mom passed away so needed to book him a flight for the next day. Website kept saying processing and was told I would get an email in 30 minutes through chat with customer service with an update. Email never came so I called( 20-30 min hold) and chatted again with customer service there was a price hike and the only way to move forward was to respond to an email we didn't get. An email so precious they couldn't just tell me what it said or even resend it. Apparently, that was the only way to move forward so customer service said he could just cancel the reservation and I said yes because how ridiculous that they can't resend an email or have any one I can talk to on the phone to assist or any help at all. I ended up booking through Priceline $100+ more but I think I will stick to the recognized names and avoid Kayak if they will be using this company because these off-brand companies will waste your time and try your peace.

SCAM!! They will take your money and wont send you your ticket. Stay away from these scammers

Update 5/16/2024 I have received my refund! Not too long after making this review I received another request to authorize the refund and soon after was was contacted by a manager at Underpricer letting me know the refund was approved and in process. The let me know I would see the refund in my account soon and they would like me to please delete my review. The called again the day the refund moved from "pending" to complete and reminded me to please removed or update this review. ======= Original Review ===== I booked a flight to Poland in early March from Underpricer using Kayak. Due to the Lufthansa strike my flight was cancelled. Underpricer was not able to rebook me with a flight that worked for me and suggested I contact Lufthansa directly. Lufthansa let me know they would cancel and refund my flight to Poland and I could still use my return flight. I was able to book my flight to Poland with a different airline and get there on time. I notified Underpricer at that time that Lufthansa was going to process a refund for my flight. After 3 weeks of contacting them concerning this refund they finally got back to me and let me know that "Lufthansa had approved the refund". Underpricer sent and email asking me to authorize the refund and provide the last four of my card number which I did immediately. The next day I received a reminder email asking me to authorize the refund which I again responded to immediately. I has been 8 days and 3 more emails from me and I have yet to hear from Underpricer again or receive the refund. Other than the great difficulty dealing with rebooking my flight, and now receiving this refund, I find the hours that Underpricer contacts me to be difficult to deal with. On multiple occasions I have received phone calls between 1 am and 3 am. If it was not for the fact that my phone is my alarm clock and always next to my bed I would not have received these calls. Not the biggest deal in the world, but definitely unprofessional.

Save yourself time and money by booking directly through the airline. Overpricer did not disclose at the time of purchase that preassigned seats which were included with airfare from the actual airline would cost hundreds extra through Underpricer. Underpricer called us over and over and over again. Underpricer’s change and cancelation policies also require additional fees or cannot be done at all when the airline offers the service for tickets purchased through them. All of these fees might actually cost more than the little bit you might save booking through them than the airline itself.

It started off actually good with this group, I booked a flight and paid for seats and when they went to go get the flight, they couldn’t be purchased, so they contacted me with an alternative plan.I thought great this place rocks! But then the realty set in, the seats I paid for on the original flight had not been rebooked on the new flights. So I have asked and asked and asked multiple representatives to either book me new seats, crediting my previously unused seats money or credit me back the dollars of the unused seats. They keep saying wait 24-48 hrs and we will have the refund. 2 weeks later still no refund. I have reached out many times and the response has been said no way we’re going to do that, a voicemail that says we’re going to do that, but never never never have. And multiple promises they would fix is, but it still hasn’t happened. I booked these people through KAYAK, and I think KAYAK should drop them as a supplier. This does nothing but tarnish KAYAK’s name . the customer service, and the ability to return money for something that I didn’t get is absolutely horrible Please, please, please do not use this group or they will steal your money

Do not buy any tickets from Underpricer.com. There is no service from the UnderPricer. They overcharged the seat selection fees. Kayak.com showed that the Underpricer was a partner of Kayak.com when I booked two tickets by searching kayak.com. I thought the Kayak knew how to select a good partner. It's not.
