You will find cheap flights with this company, but my flights were non-refundable and change options were very limited and very expensive. You will get a number of calls and emails as the flights are finalized, which is annoying. I would not recommend even if you are saving some. The lack of refund or change options and the numerous calls didn't feel worth the minimal savings.

I was struggling to get last minute flights for my daughter from a remote Island in Malaysia back to Seattle. I used Kayak which passed me on to Underpricer to book the legs of the flight. After I completed the purchase, I realized there were different airlines and not ample times between flights if my daughter had to recheck bags/customs at each airport. I called the company and luckily was routed to Broderick. He found a return trip that was on one airline (Malaysia Air) so that she could check her bags through with a perfect cushion of a layover at both stops that allowed for possible delays. Additionally, he booked her seats and cancelled my previous reservation w/out penalty. The most amazing things about Broderick and his customer service: Calm and reassuring while I was in an initial panic. Called me after the booking to confirm that the individual legs and seats had been confirmed with the airline. Called me to confirm that the refund for my first flight had been processed. Email confirmations to me and my daughter. Called day of the flight to make sure my daughter was doing ok on her day+ of travel. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and specifically Broderick. I have a new personal travel agent in him.

Jacob is a wonderful gentleman , very very patient . He went far and beyond to get us good deals and helped us book tickets for our children who were travelling on different days. I was trying to book tickets for my family from Zurich to Calgary after the flight I had booked earlier got cancelled due to technical reasons. I was not able to find any suitable flight for my return journey. That is when I came in touch with Jacob and he helped me find 4 tickets which were at a very reasonable price as well.
