This place is a scam, word of advice just try to avoid this company at all costs

I travel a lot and my experiences with third party bookers has shown me that they are convenient as long as everything goes right. Underpricer fits this statement. Communication about cancelled flights never happens. If they fail to deliver promised services that are prepaid they blame the airlines for this failure and it is very difficult if not impossible to get them to take action. In other words they are no better or no worse then any third party booker but if you want good service in difficult situations don't use them.

I called to cancel my flights after two changes, one to the next day and then one to early in the morning of that day when I haven't even gotten off the cruise ship yet!!! Our travelling companion used Expedia and they processed the cancellation with their airline within 24 hours and told her she will receive a refund. It has been four days and this company STILL has not processed the cancellation. We are supposed to leave in six more days so if it is not done soon we lose all the money. I've worked as an agent for 14 years and every company I have worked with has processed cancellations within 24 hours - everyone.

I did not have the best experience with this company today and did not walk away with any airline tickets. However...this review is not for that, that requires a zero star. My transaction did not go through and an agent called me to assure me he would handle everything on the backend and ring me back, so I thought we were off to a great start. However, two hours passed and he never called me back and in fact just LEFT work for the day. Literally, probably one of the worst customer service experiences ever. Incredibly, AWFUL. What DOES require recognization is FIVE STAR customer service from my main man Branson K. The best word to describe this gentlemen, is empathetic. Maya Angelou once said “I’ve learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you make them feel”. Branson you made me feel valued this morning. You did everything you could to help me. You listened to understand what happened earlier this morning and that snafu. Asked me why I was going to Berlin to understand more about me. You called me back when the calls dropped and continued to follow up with me. Exemplarily customer service! Again, thank you so much and if I never need anything from UnderPricer I am sure I can contact you. I really appreciate it! Be blessed! Best, Nick A.

Be very cautious with this company - stay away. I paid $1855 for a RT flight to Madrid. Iberia - who has fault in this also - cancelled two of the four legs and did not provide an alternate flight. Asked Underpricer to refund the flight and they committed to doing so. This has been going on since June. Cancellation on 8/8/24 and still no money in my account. They keep providing excuses about not receiving the money from the airline. It is not my issue that Iberia has not refunded them. Underpricer is the company who charged me and received my money and they are dragging their feet on the refund. I filed a complaint with the assigned attorney general’s office to investigate the potential fraudulent transaction. The company is extremely uncooperative. NEW COMMENT: The response received on 9/25/24 from Underpricer is a complete lie. I have repeatedly reached out to the company with all of the details that they requested and they still REFUSE to process the refund. They keep saying that as soon as they get their money from the airline, they will make the refund. It has been almost two months since this began. I did not pay the airline. I paid Underpricer. Yet they refuse to make a refund. Do NOT believe this response. It is not truthful.

Got the best air fare and excellent customer service from Jacob. I will definitely recommend UnderPricer to my friends and family. Ketan.

I want to give a big shoutout to Rupert from UnderPricer! My flight from Tokyo to Japan was cancelled due to Typhoon Ampil. I was scrambling to secure a replacement flight for my family and I. I bought my original tickets through UnderPricer, so I called for advice. I was so fortunate to get connected with Rupert, who was the manager on duty that day (the rest of his staffs were off from work due to national holiday, and he worked to cover the calls). Rupert was simply amazing in every area - his customer service was excellent, he knew exactly the answers that I needed even before I asked, and he followed-up really closely and continued to give me prompt regular updates over the next few days. I want to congratulate UnderPricer for hiring such an amazing staff like Rupert. Thank you, Mr. Rupert.

I was trying to book a flight for my wife and son from Seattle to India on a tight schedule. We needed a flight for the next day and had a hard time finding one due to the summer vacation rush and the specific dates we required. Kairum worked tirelessly for hours, going above and beyond to ensure we got a suitable flight within our constrained time frame. He directly called me, provided options, discussed the details, and made sure the timings were a perfect fit. This is the first time I’ve worked with someone so kind and passionate about ensuring customers are well taken care of. Awesome job, Kairum!
