I have ordered from this site multiple times and I am always satisfied with the products I receive. I absolutely adore my friendship lamp. It is by far the best thing I have bought from here. I highly recommend it if you have a friend/loved one living far from you. It's an adorable way to let them know you're thinking about them.

Customer service exceeded my expectations. I purchased a gift for my boyfriend for Christmas and there was a defect to it. They quickly mailed me a replacement and I did not have to go through the hassle of packaging up my large item and sending it back to them. They made this process so very easy and that really goes a long way. I am a huge fan of UncommonGoods not only for their products, but now even more knowing they take care of their customers when something is not right.

Unfortunately the item I ordered arrived broken. I contacted Customer Service and they immediately sent me a brand new item. Best customer service experience I have ever had!

My purchase came with one of the items in a set damaged. I called and after discussion, uncommon goods decided to just send me an entire new set, as opposed to my returning the damaged portion and getting a new portion back. I thought it was great customer service and between that experience and their special items, I’m sure I will be ordering again

The newspaper front page books were a big hit and binding was superb.
