I've been a fan of Uncommon Goods for quite a while, even though I don't purchase items as often as I'd like. I found a fantastic belt for my husband for Christmas, only to find out on Christmas morning that I was sent the wrong size. I got the belt packaged up for return, and due to miscommunication (let's just call it that), the person who was supposed to drop it off at the post office...didn't. It's February when I find out that I still have this belt! I emailed the Uncommon Goods customer service about the issue, simply asking if it was too late to make a return. They quickly answered my message, saying that they'd just sent out a replacement belt and that I was free to keep the wrong-sized belt to donate or regift. How completely unexpected! I didn't have to go through any back-and-forth with customer service about my issue; they simply handled it in the best way possible.

The cribbage board we ordered was for Christmas, we were soon notified that it would not arrive until February. When we received it, the board had the wrong information. It took several calls and emails to correct this, it then took another 6 weeks to receive the product. The board is beautifully done and we are happy with it. It seems that when the error is on your end that replacement products should be sent within a short period of time.

I am so pleased with the response I received from Uncommon Goods when one of the products I purchased was slightly defective. The products were so beautiful so I was disappointed when a handle on the bowl broke, but you quickly replaced the bowls. Thank you so much. The pottery I bought and was replaced is just the best!!!!

The grey elephant pillow- going to give as a Birthday gift, plus it will match her décor. I think its beautiful.
