I have had issues with products coming broken or backordered. The customer service experience is always like nothing i have ever seen though. They get back to you fast and are always trying to help. They dont force you to jump through hoops for anything. The site is easy to use and always interesting. Most of the time i get items a day before the estimated delivery date

I purchased very unique, but very practical gifts for my son and three sons-in-law for Christmas. I began to worry that they had been lost in route. I contacted Uncommon Goods and they immediately sent out a replacement order. Both orders arrived safely and in plenty of time for the holiday. The guys all love their cabob baskets. The quality is great and so is their customer service!!

I ordered a gift for my brother at least three weeks before Christmas. UG contacted me the week before and said it was not going to make it. Very disappointed. I understand that UG uses independent artists. Set proper expectations rather than ruining the timing of my gift.

There are lots of unique items to choose from. When my package was lost, they sent a new one right away and accommodated me financially and to a new address. They have great customer service so I highly recommend purchasing from them. I will go to them again to find that item for the ones that are hard to shop for.

They have the most interesting selection of gifts. Something for everyone. I would also say they provide great customer service. A product I ordered came in non-working condition. The person I spoke with handled the situation perfectly and was a pleasure to speak with.
