Too bad I had to even give 1 star! Shipping took forever. Box was so poorly packed items were broken. They couldn't replace them for Christmas as the items were to be gifts. High ball glasses with map of Charlotte NC were supposed to be etched. They were blurry and looked silk screened no indentations as etching would have been. Never ordered from them before NEVER will again!! Terrible service quality of shipping shipping times and product quality. Design had some wierd #'s in the design not even sure what they are suppose to be. Could not find in retrospect in description. There are WAY BETTER catalog companies out there. After getting the companies response it's obvious this response it the standard boiler plate BS excuse. The responder sends me info to return items. I was already told not to return 3 unbroken glasses and I would receive a refund in 48 hrs. Didn't happen. 2 ND box of glasses were obviously broken and retuned by Fed Ex to company. Told by customer service I would receive refund that hasn't happened. So I get to waste more of my time on the phone AGAIN for the 3 Rd time. Outrageous

They are liars. I purchased the twilight blue long distance friendship bracelet set. And when I received it it was only the band. I reached out and they told me it’s only the band and I would have to purchase the actual set for 130$. NOWHERE on the website does it say band only. It says band set- set implying that they come with everything and when you select the band In their stories section even states everything you should received for the full set under this option. Absolutely ridiculous that you have to purchase something to find out that you have to spend 130$ extra to get what you actually wanted. I can not stress using another company more than this dishonest company

Worst customer service. Have called 7 times in 4 days - looking for my purchase. No response at all

Really like the items. Just wish there was an opt out of buying a chain on certain necklaces. Some catalogues do allow this - e.g. Pyramid Collection.
