I’m sorry to hear that the dog bubbles and candy bubbles were a disappointment and weren’t enjoyed as you had hoped. We hear great feedback about these items, but I’m sorry they weren’t a great fit for your recipients. We truly appreciate you taking the time to let us know about your experience.

Hello Melissa! Thank you for your feedback! We’re sorry we didn’t resolve the issue on the first try and are glad for the chance to make things right for you now. After researching the November sale prices of your 3 items, we see that your price adjustment refund should have been for $70. We've taken care of that for you! We've emailed you separately with details regarding your damaged item. We're here to help!

Hello Kathy! We're so very sorry that you've had this experience. You’re absolutely right to be frustrated. A delayed package without an update does not reflect the level of service we aim to provide. You placed your order on December 9 with the expectation it would arrive by December 21 at the latest, and missing that promise, especially right before the holidays, is unacceptable. On top of that, not being able to reach us or get clear updates only adds to the frustration. We're sincerely apologize for that as well. We’d like to research your order to monitor the tracking details, however, we're unable to locate an order under your name. Please reply to us [email protected] with your full name, zip code, and the item that you'd order. We want to make sure you've received it or have contacted us for a replacement. We're here to help!

Thank you for taking the time to share what happened. I’m truly sorry for the frustration and disappointment this experience caused, especially given the time sensitivity around a Christmas gift and the amount of care you put into choosing a personalized item. You are absolutely right to expect that a customized product arrive correctly, particularly after allowing us the opportunity to reprint it. Receiving a replacement with the same printing issue is unacceptable, and I understand how upsetting it must have been to lose both valuable time and confidence in us as a result. This is not the level of quality or service we strive to provide. We are reviewing this issue internally so it can be addressed with our production partners and prevented from happening again. We would like the opportunity to make this right. If you are open to it, please reply with your order number so we can review your case in full and discuss next steps, including a resolution that reflects the inconvenience you experienced. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. I’m truly sorry that we fell short here.

Thank you for your feedback! Our sincerest apologies for not delivering the exceptional experience you expect from Uncommon Goods. We want every customer to feel valued and taken care of, no matter the situation. After researching your order that shipped to the UK, we see that your order has been lost in transit. It shipped from our facility with our international shipper on December 5th, however, the tracking hasn't updated. We've reached out to you directly to remedy this. We're here to help!

We are truly sorry for the frustration and disappointment you experienced with your order. We understand how upsetting it is to pay for expedited shipping and not receive your order within the expected timeframe, especially when tracking information was delayed. After reviewing your order, we can confirm that it did miss its original ship by date, which is why tracking was not immediately available. Once this was identified, the order shipped on December 16 using expedited shipping, not standard delivery. Because we did not meet the delivery timeline provided at checkout, we issued a full refund of the expedited shipping charges. We understand why the situation felt misleading, and we regret the confusion caused during your interaction with our support team. We take this feedback seriously and have shared it internally so we can improve how we handle delayed shipments and customer communication during high volume periods. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and are sorry this experience did not reflect the level of service we strive to provide. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to review and address your concerns.
