Not great
It doesn’t make sense to send me this request to review when the recipient hasn’t gotten the package yet? The est delivery date still shows as April 5 and is still en route. I understand courier delays are unpredictable but the messaging and updates from the company also don’t reflect the status. Not a great first experience. Thanks.

Hi Mayu, thank you for your feedback. It does look like your package is out for delivery today! Sometimes our feedback requests come in a bit early, we are working on tweaking that.
