I love the idea and I did send a box to my sister-in-law. However, the website itself is really glitchy and it took me three times to actually create an order. Also, if you don't pick out a card to send with your gift, there's no way that the gift receiver will know who it's from since there was no place to put a little note or even just a "FROM" space that I could put my name in. I can't really say anything about the quality or packaging since I sent the gift to someone else. I hope it is good.

I really like the customization available depending on your need. Shipping was ok, I wish it were a little faster. Also with shipping, the package arrived damaged. Other than that, which was not unboxme’s fault, everything was phenomenal!

Great, responsive customer service. A wonderful way to send a gift from afar with a personal touch and having to double on shipping efforts. My only improvement request would be allowing to preschedule shipments, so say a friend has a birthday next month, it would be great to be able to place the order ahead of time instead of having to wait until ~a week before. That way there's less risk of it slipping my mind later on.

I selected to have the box held until shipping for Valentine’s day but instead it automatically shipped! I contacted the company and they said not to worry it was just the shipping label created but actually I tracked the shipping and it was about to be delivered, luckily you guys were able to call and have the package held but it was never redelivered. Update! They ended up being able to send another box so everything was fine, just a ton of unexpected hassle! Will think of possibly ordering from them again, I just don’t know if I want to take the risk of the hassle again! Cute box, nice company!

My recipient was thrilled with her custom get well soon gift—it turned out beautifully, and I was very happy with the service! My only disappointment was how long it took to arrive. I should have paid closer attention to the turnaround time, as it was nearly 3-weeks post surgery before it finally made it to her. Still, I would definitely use them again!

I purchased a box for a friend for her birthday. She loved it, said it was beautifully packaged and the items she has tried were quality items. Such a nice gift surprise for so many different people. Prices were good for the items purchased. I have not seen them in person and took the word of my friend. I would use the service again.
