My sister never received her gift and I never received a receipt for it. I have the bank transaction documented and am receiving this review email, but still no box. Update: I was contacted by the company and they were able to issue a refund for the box that either went missing or was stolen.

I'm so happy with Unboxme! I built my own box for a friend and it was quick, easy and SO affordable compared to other gift deliveries. All the products are beautiful — I felt like I couldn't go wrong. I accidentally sent the box to the wrong address, but Unboxme made it easy and stress-free for me to fix it. I'll definitely be shopping here again.

I never received my package, but unbox me was kind enough to refund me the money for my purchase. Great customer service, and I will be using them again in the future!

Free shipping was offered the day I planned to purchase a box for a friend. Typing in a coupon for 10% off bumped out the free shipping and the box became a dollar more expensive. Come on! Treat your customers with some respect and if you provide a coupon, make it worth it.
