The box contents are awful - 40 + dollars for 6 bags of tea (1 dollar value), a pair of plasticky socks that fall apart after three wears (1 dollar value), a candle and a mug looking like they both came out of dollar store also? One could go to the dollar store, or five below, and assemble a better box themselves, for under 20. The items provided are not high quality at all.

Too bad coz u send me Incomplete product

Hi Prerna, Unfortunately you have the wrong unboxme - we only operate in the US and we sell gift boxes. There is another company in India that is using our name. I am hoping you can remove your review is it is very damaging to our small business. The company you are looking for is Unboxme.in

Hi Kelly, I'm so sorry to hear about your experience but I'm afraid you may have us confused with another retailer. You selected our free ground shipping which is 3-7 business days. Your order was delivered a little over a week after being placed. Please reach out to us if we can help resolve this any further!

I thoughtfully created my own box for my mother-in-law through the unboxme website and it was a total waste of 30 minutes. I selected 8 items, chose a card and wrote a nice message, typed in all of my billing info and address info, and then the website crashed and everything I had created was erased. So ridiculous. So now I have to google another giftbox shop and buy elsewhere.

Free shipping was offered the day I planned to purchase a box for a friend. Typing in a coupon for 10% off bumped out the free shipping and the box became a dollar more expensive. Come on! Treat your customers with some respect and if you provide a coupon, make it worth it.

My package has been very delayed
Response from UnboxmeApr 13, 2022
Hi Kevin, I am so sorry to hear that your package was delayed. While we completely understand how frustrating postal delays are, they are also outside of our control! I am seeing that your order is out for delivery today.

The package has taken a very long time and is now lost, making it an irrelevant care package since the person receiving it will no longer be sick.
Response from UnboxmeApr 7, 2022
Hi Inbal, thank you for taking the time to share your experience. While postal delays are out of our control, we do understand they can be super frustrating!
