I ordered some goods online. The unbindgear website stated "90-Day Money-Back Guarantee Not satisfied? Return it within 90 days for a full refund — no questions asked." So when I emailed to cancel the order and return the goods, guess what these fine people did? They refused, but kindly offered me a 20% refund. I have taken them off my Christmas card list.

Stay away at all costs, total scammers. They say 90 day money back which is a lie. They offered half back, but after months of emails I still haven't received it. Have to go through my bank to get some funds back. The item is crap, cost was $130 odd but can get the same for $40 elsware. You have been warned.

Substandard air pumps purchased. Tried to return them but got run around by customer service. Told me I would have to pay shipping to return pumps. Finally settled with them for half the refund for original price. I was not happy but I was fed up with dealing with them. I will never buy from them again.
