I ordered headlamps for my husband , after i told him he said to get a refund because he already has a few and doesnt need/ want them. I emailed the company to cancel the order( it was an hour after i had ordered them). They said someone would contact me within 24-48 hours. Joe was emailing me in the evening and did offer for me to keep them at an even more discounted price. I did decline since we didn’t need them… the refund was back in my account this morning! I have never dealt with a company that was so easy to contact and actually emailed back AND refunded my money so promptly. Thank you Joe! It is much appreciated!

Terrible site. An unwanted warranty and mystery item were added to my order and charged. Trying to work with their “team” was ridiculous.

Joe Stewart resolved my issue in s very timely and friendly manner. I ordered two flashlights, nothing else, but saw something else added to the order. Joe explained it as access to their system of future shopping with them at discounted prices. I told him I did not need nor want that and he promised to remove the charge. Very friendly and helpful.

So here is a company you can TRUST TO DO WHAT THERE WEBSITE SAYS THEY WILL DO! Long story but I tested their claim of we will respond 24-48 hours via email. THEY DID!! So I have purchased a product from them. Excited to test it out.🙏😎

The advertisement was impressive but when I went to buy it and tried to click past the optional extras and just buy the base model without reward club membership, I'd already been charged for the upgrades. The first response to my issue read like a salesman trying to convince me to keep all the bullshit their interface had me buy when I thought I was skipping it. The second responder actually listened and responded and I got a refund for the rewards club but decided to keep the "carbon fibre" casing. Upon its arrival, it was nothing like advertised. The advertisment in the first place made a point of the lighter not being butane but based off plasma technology. The "Carbon fibre" added extra that I didn't actually want is a hilarious plastic cover that is vaguely patterened to look like carbon fibre. The whole thing was a waste of my money and time.

I had a simple order followed by an email that I was a little confused by so I reached out to customer service expecting the normal next business day reply. Nope, I got a near immediate answer that clarified my order and set me at ease. Outstanding customer service!

I asked for a refund for something i did not intend to order. There was no argument about whether they would refund it. It was done asap!
