ZERO STARS!!! Complete BS bait and switch scam. You buy what they advertise and then are sent a completely different as well as lower grade gear. They dont even have half of the gear they advertise. STAY AWAY!!!!

They overcharge for a 3$ flashlight, (prices averages over $40 per flashlight). They advertise that it lights fires, has bright range but this is all lies. Customer service is abhorrent. When you try to return they promise a partial refund. Very disappointed. I do not recommend. STAY AWAY from these scammers.

The Unbindgear crew have looked after me in ways i didn't think people would do. Part of my order hasn't arrived and they have kept in contact and make sure im ok and replaced the missing part of my order. Thank you unbindgear for helping me not loose confidence in online shopping.

5* service. I'm a real customer and had a real order. The customer service was fantastic. Now, I wasn't pleased with the product that I ordered. They generously attempted to offer a refund of portions of my order. I explained that I just wasn't satisfied with the order and would gladly return the product (unused) back to them. They honored their refund policy and refunded me immediately. You don't get better customer service than this.

I purchased two Torchsabre lighters which just arrived today. I purchased these lighters based upon the false claim that they were rechargeable electric and NOT Butane. That is an absolute lie. They are ONLY Butane, with absolutely no electric recharging capability. I never purchase another product from Unbindgear, as they are false advertisers who tricked me into purchasing two butane lighters for approximately $70.00 !!!! This level of lies and deception is probably the worst that I have ever seen in my 73 years !!!!

My ultimate experience with unbind gear was very painful and disappointing! They sent me a product that wasn’t close to what they advertised. I did not/ do not want it so I emailed about the return. After more than a dozen emails were they kept on lowering their price and encouraging me to keep the item, I decided to just return the item. At Canada Post they advised that in addition to the mailing fee with them I would have to pay a duty equals to 50% of the value of the item. In the end, I accepted their 60% offer and kept it.
