Great experience Top to bottom and beginning to end the…
Top to bottom and beginning to end the experience of purchasing, getting a discount I qualified for and then receiving, unboxing and riding has been more satisfying than I thought possible. I could spend hours listing the pros of renting my scooter and I can't think of one negative thing about it.

Best experience ever! 3 full years 3 different models / im a deag senior a traveller the scooters are all excellent easy light weight transport google me baba Bob SHIPMAN 300 k links of places photographed riding Unagi units. Customer service is excellent! #bababobshipman

Love my unagi scooter!!
Love my unagi scooter!!! Has made commuting drastically easier for hardly any money out of my pocket. Great quality scooter as well, fast and sturdy. I commute 30 minutes (round trip) every day and only have to charge once a week. Highly recommend

Out of town renter
This is my first time using a scooter. I was un decisive if I should buy one or not and renting it has been a great experience. I am currently working away from home and a different city, and I am not in a position to buy a car here as I will be eventually returning, so the rental has been a perfect opportunity. I have not had any service issues yet and hopefully I will not however, I do not doubt that if necessary service will be at a very good standard. I am very happy with the service so far.

You can't be It for the price!
Well, hello my name is Patrick. I just recently received my unagi scooter And I must say pretty impressed. It runs fine. I actually got it from my daughter who is 15 years old she loves it complain. I would have that they say it does. It only does 17 mph. I'm going to contact them To see if I'm doing something wrong or if I can swap it out maybe but other than that, she's very happy to have it so far I've only had it for three weeks so far everything's been good. I will definitely recommend To friends and family. As far as only going 17 mph, my daughter says that's fine with her. It's plenty of fast for her. Thanks and have a great day.P.Price

Hi Patrick! To unlock the maximum speed of 20 mph on your Unagi scooter, just follow these steps: 1. Make sure the scooter is powered on. 2. Press and hold both the brake and throttle simultaneously. 3. While holding these, press the power button 10 times quickly. You’ll hear a beep, which means your scooter is now set to the higher speed mode. Let us know if you need further assistance—happy riding!
